What happens to your images

| Uploaded image | Sent over HTTPS and processed on our server to produce the inspection. It is not sent to any other company, including the AI provider. |
| Inspection record | The result, the measured numbers and a small copy of the image (480 px) are stored so that the share link, the report and repeated uploads work. Records are deleted automatically 90 days after they are created. |
| Share links | Anyone who has a report link can open that report until it is deleted. Links are long random codes and are not listed anywhere. |
| Location of storage | Google Cloud, Europe (europe-west1). The mirror on Hugging Face keeps records only in the memory of the running server. |
Your AI key
- Your API key is sent to our server only together with your own AI requests, used for that single call to the provider you chose, and never stored or logged on the server.
- “Remember on this device” keeps the key in your browser only. “Forget key” removes it.
- The AI provider receives the measured numbers of your inspection and your question — never the image — and processes them under its own terms and your agreement with it.
Other data
- Your IP address is used, in server memory only, to apply the hourly limits (new inspections, AI requests, key checks). It is not stored with your records.
- The hosting provider keeps standard request logs (time, address, status) for security and operations.
- No accounts, no advertising, no tracking cookies.
Terms of use
- ARMS is a validated prototype offered for evaluation. Its findings are leads for a qualified inspector to confirm, not a certified inspection.
- Results are validated on computer renders; results on real photographs are not yet validated. See the product document for measured accuracy and limits.
- One component (SuperPoint) is licensed for non-commercial research use only, so the service may not be used commercially in its current form.
- Upload only images you have the right to share. Do not upload personal or classified material.
- The service is provided as is, without warranty. Hourly limits protect it from abuse and may change.
